Flower Petal Tutus

A twist on the basic tutu!  A 2-layer soft tulle tutu with flower petals flowing inside the tutu.  As your little girl twirls around, the flower petals move with her!  Satin waistband with a sparkly bow and 4-inch flower secured on the band.  Please note that this flower petal tutu is see-through.  Looks great with one of our multi-layer tutus underneath for extra pouffiness!
